Woman stabbed to death and man fatally hit by car in west London

Police were called to reports of a stabbing in Maida Vale and also found a man had been hit by a car A woman has been stabbed to death and a man has died after being hit by a car in west London. The Metropolitan police said it had launched an urgent investigation after the incident in Chippenham Road, Maida Vale, at about 9am on Monday.
